Tosca Salon and easihair pro Social media Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of Tosca and Fascinations Hair (Pty) Ltd, the sponsoring company/companies and/or agents involved in the competition.
2. Competition runs from 01st May 2019 until 12th May 2019. Late entries will not be included under any circumstances.
3. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Regrettably, only South African residents are eligible for prizes.
5. Prize is valid for 3 months and can only be booked from Monday to Thursday at any Tosca salon.
6. By entering into a competition, you agree to receive future correspondence from Fascinations Hair (Pty) Ltd t/a easihair pro and wigs.co.za as well as Tosca Salon.
7. Any prizes are not redeemable for cash.
8. By entering into a competition, it is deemed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
9. Winner consents to having before and after images taken and shared on both easihair pro and Tosca social media pages.
10. Winner will be announced on the 13th of May 2019.

Easihair pro Extensions
Our returns policy has been amended in line with Covid-19 Health and Safety practises.
With returns and exchanges, we need to ensure that the item is handled safely, therefore we have had to adjust our process to make sure that all returned items are cleaned and sterilised. With this in mind we have had to extend our returns policy’s turnaroud time to 10 days.
Please rest assured that your item has been handled with the utmost care and in a clean and sanitized environment. Your item has been picked and packed by our staff wearing gloves and masks. We have removed the outer packaging and are shipping the items in clear plastic bags to make this more hygenic.
Once you receive your item:
Please spray sanitizer on the outer plastic bag before removing your item. Do not spray sanitizer on the item.
In your package you will find:
1. A copy of this Covid Returns policy
2. A complimentary wig cap if you have purchased a wig
3. Please use this clear plastic bag should you wish to return your item
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you try your wig on using the complimentary wig cap.
With returns and exchanges, we need to endure that the product is handled safely, therefore we have had to adjust our process to make sure that all returned products are deep cleaned and sterilised before going back into stock. If the Customer/Distributor is not entirely satisfied with a purchase or has ordered in error, it can be returned within 14 days from date of invoice provided.
Conditions of Return:
1. The goods must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped and in their original packaging.
2. The goods must be accompanied by a copy of the relevant sales invoice.
3. No returns can be accepted for special order items. Special order items are items which we do not ordinarily keep in stock and which need to be specially ordered from our associate company in the USA.
4. Should the Customer/Distributor inspect the item and deem it to be defective or damaged, they need to contact Fascinations Hair and make arrangements to return the item to our Quality Control Department for investigation.
5. Returns of damaged or defective items need to be received by us within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. All returns will go into a mandatory 5 day quarantine before we open the parcel.
7. Once opened, the goods will be inspected by our QC department and a report will be issued with their findings.
8. If QC deem the item to be defective (factory fault) then a new item will be ordered for the Agent/customer or a credit will be passed.
9. If QC find there is nothing wrong with the item and that there is no factory defect, a handling fee of R250 will be charged to the Customer/Distributor and the item will be washed & styled for wigs and treated and taped for easihair pro. This fee will also cover the cost of the return shipment.
10. Our washing and drying process will now entail a deep cleanse and ultra-violet drying to make sure germs are eradicated.
11. If an item has been altered in any way (cut, colored, etc) we cannot accept the return and it will be returned to the Customer/Distributor – a R200 handling fee will be charged.
12. All our items are subjected to stringent/strict Quality Control procedures – our products are of the highest quality – you need to inspect your merchandise on receipt of the goods.
Please be advised that we will not involve ourselves between a business transaction between the customer/distributor and their customer. It is up to the customer/distributor to resolve all issues first and only then when unable to assist or when necessary bring it to the attention of Fascinations Hair.
Please note that this returns policy supersedes all other previous returns policies until further notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
- Change these Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
- We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00 hours.
Should the product not be in stock please allow 8 to 14 working days plus delivery transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Wigs.co.za will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.
Wigs.co.za charges a shipping fee of R150.00 to anywhere in south Africa then please include the shipping, Handling and delivery schedule, back orders details below.
Shipping & Handling
Wigs.co.za ships to all South African destinations. We will process your order as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been cleared.
All items on our website are shipped from our Cape Town offices.
If we have the item in stock your order should take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered after payment has been confirmed.
We do our best to keep the most popular styles and colours in stock but are unfortunately unable to carry stock of all the items that we sell. Some items need to be ordered from overseas.
If you are purchasing an item that needs to be ordered in from our overseas suppliers, then the delivery date will be extended by 8 to 14 working days. We will let you know if the item is out of stock with our overseas suppliers and suggest an alternative style.
Because delivery dates and times are dependent upon factors outside of our direct control we are unable to guarantee them; however, every effort is made to have the goods delivered within the time frames stated. Should there be a delivery problem we will contact you via email and keep you informed of the expected time of arrival (ETA) wherever possible.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing: Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Wigs.co.za makes every effort to ensure that the content and data displayed on our website is 100% accurate but errors may still occur. If an item has been incorrectly priced and the customer is unwilling to pay the correct price, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the full amount paid by them.
We will deliver your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. If we have the item in stock it will take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered to you. If you are ordering an item that we need to order in from our overseas suppliers, we will order the items requested but we will only send them to you once your payment has been confirmed.
In the case of goods delivered by our couriers, a signed waybill / delivery note will constitute your acceptance of the goods and all risks of ownership will pass to you from that moment on.
Please make sure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct. Wigs.co.za cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of any sort where we deliver to an address provided in error. Wigs.co.za will not incur any forwarding costs on deliveries.
Wigs.co.za shall not be responsible or held liable for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of Wigs.co.za
When you receive your order, you need to make sure the package is sealed and has not been tampered with. If it has been tampered with, do not accept it from the courier. Check the contents of the package against the Invoice and if there is a discrepancy contact Wigs.co.za immediately using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or on telephone number: 27 (021) 511 5868. We will not entertain any other disputes after a 10 day period.
Although we carry a large range of products in our Cape Town warehouse we are unfortunately not able to carry all the styles and colours that are available.
If we do not have the item in stock that you have ordered, we will place a backorder for it with our overseas suppliers. Orders from our overseas suppliers generally take between 8 and 14 working days to arrive in our Cape Town warehouse.
If the item you have ordered is placed on backorder, we will notify you via email of the delay and you can decide whether to wait for that particular item or whether you would like to choose another item. Should the backordered item be part of a larger order we will ship all the items at the same time

Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 14% has been included on all prices shown on the site.
Wigs.co.za charges a shipping fee of R150.00 to anywhere in south Africa.
Wigs.co.za endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

All returns have to be preauthorised before they can be returned to our offices. We will issue you a Goods Return Acceptance (GRA) number and instructions on how to return the goods. We will not accept a return unless we have issued a GRA number. Submitting a Request to Return Goods does not mean that the GRA number will automatically be issued and you can return the goods. We will authorise the return only after we have evaluated the reason for the return and we might contact you if we need more information prior to issuing a GRA Number.
If we have made an error and shipped the wrong product or if the item is damaged, we will gladly sort out the problem. Please contact us immediately so we can sort out the problem soonest. Please note you have 10 working days to notify us of a problem. If the error is ours the shipping is free to collect and return the goods to you. Please contact us for a GRA Number.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 10 working days of receiving it. Exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt. If we don’t have stock of the item you request, we will order it in for you and let you know when it is expected. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as for the cost of sending the new items to you. The new items will not be shipped until the postage has been paid. Please contact us for a GRA Number before exercising this option. No exchange will be considered unless the original tags and packaging are undamaged and are returned with the goods. When trying on a wig please wear a wig cap at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 10 calendar days. Please contact us for a GRA Number before exercising this option.
All items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
If we receive non-qualifying exchanges we you will be charged 15% handling fee to send the items back to you.
Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us there are no exceptions.
All payments are subject to a clearance period, the clearance period is dependent on the banks concerned. If you wish to make use of alternate payment methods, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements with you. Contact info@Wigs.co.za to arrange this. Your order will only be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
You agree to accept your tax invoices and other tax documents in electronic form, whether it is emailed or available for download on our website.

All recommendations are based on the images provided. Please note that filtered/old/poor quality images will affect the recommendation given. All recommendations, while given utmost consideration, are opinion-based and cannot be guaranteed.

I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof.
